Dr. Rajendra Chandrakant Thigale is an esteemed Associate Professor at Tilak College of Education, Pune, with 35 years of experience in teacher training. Specializing in Information and Communication Technology, Educational Management, and Advanced Pedagogy at the B.Ed. and M.Ed. levels, five Ph.D. scholars are pursuing their research and 54 M.Ed. students completed their research projects under his guidance.
An accomplished researcher and author, Dr. Thigale has published 35 articles in ISSN journals and four books, including Teachers Internship and Social Networking Awareness Programme. Actively engaged in academic conferences, he has presented research at national and international levels and contributed as a session chair and panel expert.
Beyond academia, Dr. Thigale is passionate about music and social initiatives. As the President and Founder of Shivsagar City Kala Maach, he has nurtured emerging artists and organized cultural events. Recognized for his contributions to education, he received the Innovative Teacher Award (2017) from Insight Publication and Research Centre, Nashik.
