Refund policy

At Prime Books - Publishing House, we take utmost care in packaging and shipping your orders. However, we understand that issues can occasionally arise during transit. Please review our strict return and refund policy below.

Eligibility for Refunds We only process returns and refunds under the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged or defective.

  • The product received is wrong or differs from what was ordered.

Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds for buyer's remorse, change of mind, or digital products.

Mandatory Unboxing Proof To claim a refund for a damaged or incorrect item, a clear, uncut unboxing video is strictly required. The video must show the sealed package being opened and clearly display the damage or the incorrect item. Claims without valid unboxing proof will not be accepted.

Timeline All return or refund requests must be raised within 7 days from the date of successful delivery. Requests made after this 7-day window will be rejected.

How to Request a Refund

  1. Record a clear unboxing video showing the issue.

  2. Email the video, your Order ID, and a brief description of the issue to primepublishinghouse1@gmail.com.

  3. Our team will review your claim and, if approved, initiate the refund process or arrange for a replacement.
